1. What is your returns policy?
We have a no questions asked returns policy ensuring your peace of mind when purchasing from us.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before delivery. You may return your goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods in the original packaging, in perfect condition for resale for refund or exchange.

All returns & exchanges must be done within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The returns must be shipped back by registered shipping method (we strongly recommend insuring the goods during shipping or postage).
The shipping costs have to be covered by you, we will not accept any COD parcels.
After 14 days the sale is considered closed & we will not make a refund. But we will offer store credit if the goods are returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
2. I recieved the wrong item or a damaged item - what can I do?
We throughly check every order before it is shipped, however we are human and occasionally damage can occur during transit.
If you receive the wrong item or one that is damaged or defective, please save the box & the original packing material & contact us immediately via email: mail(at)large-size-designer-shoes.com, Please return the product to us we will gladly send you a replacement.3. How soon does the refund appear on my credit card?
Once your returned package has been received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit or refund back to your credit card account may take between 14 & 21 business days before the refund appears on your account. This is dependent on your bank & credit card provider. Pay Pal refunds are received as soon as they are processed which will be within 3 work days of receiving your parcel
4. Returns for exchange
Exchanges of the same shoe type, just a different size will be shipped to you free of charge! This exchange will be shipped to you within 1 business day after receipt of the original merchandise.
5. How to return your order
- All the products you are returning must be in original condition and packed in the original unmarked shoe box and packaging that you received them in. Included, must be any accessories & documentation shipped with the product.
- Please take care to pack the item accordingly so as to avoid any damage to the merchandise in transit.
- Please make sure you send the parcel back to us by registered post. Insuring your return is also recommended.4. How to return

We include a return address label with every delivery. However if you need another it can be downloaded here!
