If your bead depth does not exactly match the 3 bracket depths of 18,20 and 24mm then the blinds will not fit as snug as if the bead depth is exactly the correct size. In this case we will send you some foam strip to ensure a good looking fit.
There should be no vents or handles within 28mm of the glass line.

2. Will the blinds damage my window?
A. No damage is caused to you frames or glass panels. If your beading is soft it
may be slightly indented by the brackets but this is hidden by the frame of the
blind.
3. Will I need to drill holes into my windows and doors to fit them?
A. No drilling is required to install perfect fit blinds. This is one of their
greatest benefits as no damage is caused and any window guarantee is safe.
4. How do I clean perfect fit blinds?
A. Perfect fit blinds simply unclip from their brackets which makes cleaning
them a breeze. It also allows you to clean the windows easily. We recommend that
you unclip the blinds for cleaning once a year.
5. What guarantee do you offer on perfect fit blinds?
A. All our products are guaranteed for 2 years from date of dispatch.
6. Do you supply outside the UK?
A. We supply to the U.K., Europe mainland and U.S.A. Because of the size of the
packages the shipping costs can be quite large. Please check in our online shop
for costs.
7. Can I pay by Cheque rather than credit card?
A. Online payments are processed using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service for making payments.
We can also take your order for payment over the telephone on 01344 452485
during UK office hours. If you prefer to use this option then simply email your
blind details to us and then phone us with your payment details. If there are
special offers on at the time of order they will still apply to your phone
order.
8. What colours do the perfect fit frames come in?
A. The Frames come in White or Brown at present. Grey will be added to the
range later in 2007.
9. Are perfect fit blinds suitable for tilt and turn windows?
A. They are ideal for tilt and turn windows as they do not impede either the
tilting or turning of this type of window.
10. My velux skylight window is out of reach, Do you supply an operating pole?
A. You can add a 2000mm operating pole to your order. Please telephone us for details.
11. Do you send the blinds ready to fit or are they flat
packed for me to assemble?
We ship all our blinds complete and ready to fit. You will not need to use any tools to fit your blinds.
